How do I create my account?

Creating a JOOPI account is quick and flexible — choose the sign-up method that works best for you. Whether you prefer using your phone number, Facebook, Google, or Apple account, we’ve got you covered.

📱 Option 1: Sign Up with Phone Number

1. When you first open the JOOPI app, you'll see a splash screen with our logo animation.

2. Tap “Continue with phone number.”

3. Enter your phone number and country code, then tap “Continue.”

4. On the next screen, enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone.

   • You can tap “Resend code” after 30 seconds if needed.

5. Once verified, you’ll be asked to enter your email address.

6. Check your inbox and verify your email using the link we send you.

   • This screen will display a loading animation until your email is verified.

   • You can tap “Resend verification link,” “Edit email,” or “Cancel” if needed.

7. Next, set your location:

   • Tap “Enable location” to use your device’s GPS.

   • If you choose “Don’t allow,” you’ll be able to manually enter your country and ZIP code.

8. After setting your location, you’ll be asked to enable notifications:

   • Choose between “Maybe later” or “Continue.”

   • Then select your Apple notification preference (e.g. Allow once / While using / Don’t allow).

🔵 Option 2: Sign Up with Facebook

1. Tap “Continue with Facebook.”

2. Follow the prompts to log in to your Facebook account.

   • You’ll be asked to grant permission to connect your account.

3. You may see up to three different Facebook screens depending on your device setup.

4. Once confirmed, your JOOPI account will be created using your Facebook info.

🟢 Option 3: Sign Up with Google

1. Tap “Continue with Google.”

2. Choose your Google (Gmail) account and enter your password if prompted.

3. You’ll receive a notification confirming Google is used as your sign-in method.

4. After verification, your JOOPI account will be created.

⚪️ Option 4: Sign Up with Apple

1. Tap “Continue with Apple.”

2. Grant the required OS permissions to connect your Apple ID.

3. Once confirmed, your JOOPI account will be set up using your Apple credentials.
