Is there a feature to block or restrict communication with a user who makes me uncomfortable?

Yes. JOOPI gives you full control over your interactions. If someone is making you feel uncomfortable, you can easily block them directly from your chat.

To block or restrict communication:

1. Open the chat with the user.

2. Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner.

3. Choose either:

   • Unmatch – removes the match and deletes the chat for both users.

   • Block and Report – permanently blocks the user and reports the issue.

4. Select a reason, and confirm.

🔒 Once you unmatch or block someone, they will no longer be able to contact you or appear in your matches. The chat will also be removed from your chat list.
