How do I report a fake profile?

If you come across a profile that seems suspicious, misleading, or fake, we encourage you to report it right away. Your report helps us keep JOOPI a safe and authentic space for everyone.

To report a fake profile:

You can report a user from either the Browse screen or your Chat with them:

🔍 From the Browse screen:

1. Tap the flag icon (🚩) on the profile you want to report.

2. Select “Block and Report.”

3. Choose “Fake Profile” from the list of reasons.

4. Tap OK to confirm.

💬 From the Chat screen:

1. Open the chat with the user.

2. Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner.

3. Tap “Block and Report.”

4. Choose “Fake Profile” and confirm.

Once submitted, the user will be blocked, and your report will be reviewed confidentially by our safety team.
