How do I report safety or privacy concerns?

Your safety and privacy are top priorities at JOOPI. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, feel uncomfortable, or need to report a security or privacy issue, here’s how you can take action:

Block & Report a User in the App

You can block and report someone from either the Browse screen or your Chat conversation:

🔍 From the Browse Screen:

1. Tap the flag icon (🚩) on the user’s profile.

2. Select “Block and Report”.

3. Choose a reason.

4. Tap OK to confirm.

💬 From the Chat Screen:

1. Open the chat with the user.

2. Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner.

3. Choose either:

   • Unmatch – removes the match and deletes the chat for both users.

   • Block and Report – permanently blocks the user and reports the issue.

4. Select a reason, and confirm.

🔒 Once you unmatch or block someone, they will no longer be able to contact you or appear in your matches. The chat will also be removed from your chat list.

Need to Report Outside the App?

For any security or privacy-related concerns (e.g. suspicious behavior, hacked account, data handling, account info):
