How do I manage/cancel my subscription?
Go to your Profile
Open the app and navigate to your Profile (found in the bottom menu).
Tap the Settings icon
Look for the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top right corner of your screen and select it.
Select "Subscription"
In the Settings menu, choose the Subscription option to view your current plan details.
Cancel or Switch Plans
To cancel: Click Cancel JOOPI Plus/Premium at the bottom of the page**.**
To switch plans: Select a new plan and confirm the change at the bottom of the page by clicking Switch to JOOPI Plus/Premium.
Cancel the subscription on your device
Follow prompts to payment page and finalize cancellation.
For IOS users:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Find your subscription with JOOPI.
Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

For Android users:
On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
Select the subscription with JOOPI you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.
