Why am I not receiving notifications from JOOPI?
If you're missing push notifications, email updates, or marketing messages, here’s how to troubleshoot:
Check JOOPI’s in-app notification settings
Go to Settings > Notifications and make sure the following are toggled ON:
Push Notifications – for real-time alerts like messages and matches
Email Notifications – for updates and account-related messages
Receive Marketing Emails – for exclusive offers and promotions
Check your device’s settings
iOS:
Go to Settings > Notifications > JOOPI
Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on, and select your preferred alert style
Android:
Go to Settings > Apps > JOOPI > Notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled
Make sure Do Not Disturb is off
This can silence all notifications from apps.
Ensure a stable internet connection
Poor connectivity may delay or prevent notifications.
Restart your phone
A quick reboot can refresh background services and fix minor issues.
