Why am I not receiving notifications from JOOPI?

If you're missing push notificationsemail updates, or marketing messages, here’s how to troubleshoot:

  1. Check JOOPI’s in-app notification settings

    Go to Settings > Notifications and make sure the following are toggled ON:

    • Push Notifications – for real-time alerts like messages and matches

    • Email Notifications – for updates and account-related messages

    • Receive Marketing Emails – for exclusive offers and promotions

  2. Check your device’s settings

    • iOS:

      • Go to Settings > Notifications > JOOPI

      • Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on, and select your preferred alert style

    • Android:

      • Go to Settings > Apps > JOOPI > Notifications

      • Make sure notifications are enabled

  3. Make sure Do Not Disturb is off

    This can silence all notifications from apps.

  4. Ensure a stable internet connection

    Poor connectivity may delay or prevent notifications.

  5. Restart your phone

    A quick reboot can refresh background services and fix minor issues.
